simplex.gg is provided for Path of Exile-related personal and community use. You agree to use the platform lawfully and not to interfere with service integrity, abuse APIs, scrape protected endpoints, or disrupt other users.
Some features require signing in via Path of Exile OAuth and may include web sessions and linked desktop devices. You are responsible for activity under your account and devices, and for keeping your local systems secure.
You keep ownership of content you create (for example builds, guide notes, and feedback text). By submitting content, you grant simplex.gg permission to store, process, and display it as needed to operate product features.
simplex.gg depends on third-party services, including Path of Exile OAuth, infrastructure providers, and GitHub (for feedback workflow). We are not responsible for outages or policy changes on third-party systems.
We may update, suspend, or remove features at any time (including beta or experimental functionality). We may also update these Terms; continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
simplex.gg is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including game-related losses or interruptions.
